Guidance Lessons

Individual and Group Counseling

I offer individual counseling to all students.  If it's a crisis or an emergency, the student is seen immediately.  Others are called from class.  Group counseling will be conducted at various times throughout the year and include many of the topics stated above.  Many time students do really well in a group counseling setting, as they realize they are not the only one dealing with difficult issues.

More Info

There will be times when a student is in need of more than our services offer, or a parent may prefer that their child receive services outside of the school district.  I will gladly refer you to an outside agency.  Many of the agencies are listed on the "Resources" page of the website.   Please know that some of the outside agencies do charge and payment is the responsibility of the family.  Many of these agencies offer assistance or bill on a sliding scale.  Please ask them for information regarding fees.
