Deliver the following documents to the CES Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten Roundup:

1. 1. “OFFICIAL”  birth certificate.

   2. Student’s social security card.

   3. Parent/guardian drivers license..

   4. Proof of income for pre-kindergarten students only (last W-2 or 2 current paycheck stubs).
