About Mrs. Haynes

Dear Families,

Welcome back to a new school year! My name is Halee Haynes and I will be your child’s teacher this year! This will be my 8th year of teaching and my first year here at Canton Elementary School. I live in Edom, where I live with my Husband John, and son John. I attended A&M-Commerce where I pursued my elementary education degree and masters of education degree. In my free time I enjoy exercising and reading. This summer I really enjoyed the time with my son.

Second grade is a very busy year filled with lots of fun and exciting learning opportunities. I am very excited about what is in store for your child this year, and I look forward to working with you as well.

  I look forward to a fun-filled year with your child. I have many exciting things planned and can’t wait to get started!
