About Mrs. Keller

Howdy families! 

     My name is Leah Keller, and I have been married to my wonderful husband Kenny for 28 years! I went to school at Texas A&M University (Whoop!) and got a degree in Psychology, and then continued with graduate school in Educational Psychology, specializing in Early Childhood/Special Education. My husband went to Texas Tech to play basketball, and then back to grad school at A&M, where we met. We have lived in New Braunfels, Dallas, and Scurry, and moved to Canton in 2016. We love it here! We have three amazing children and love any family activities together, especially outdoor fun! All three of our children graduated from Canton High School. (2018/2021/2024)

Kyler and Kavin are both grown and out in the working world now. Our youngest, Katy Jo, will be a freshman at Texas A&M University (Whoop!), majoring in Neuroscience.

Our "other kids" include an English Bulldog (Oscar), and a pug (Gidget). We love our fur babies!

     I am so excited to have your child in my class this year! Thank you for trusting me with your most precious gift! Each and every one of your children were created unique and special, and I can't wait to get to know them and see them grow! I promise to not only teach them, but to love them and care for them as if they were my own! Our class is a family, and we will work together to help, encourage, and care for each other! We have a lot to learn together, but our learning will be fun too! I want your child to love learning and to believe in themselves!

     I can’t wait to see your children grow this year, and I am looking forward to getting to know you all!
