About Mrs. Keller

Howdy families! 

My name is Leah Keller, and I am so excited to have your child in my class this year! Thank you for trusting me with your most precious gift! Each and every one of your children were created unique and special, and I can't wait to get to know them and see them grow! I promise to not only teach them, but to love them and care for them as if they were my own! Our class is a family, and we will work together to help, encourage, and care for each other! We have a lot to learn together, but our learning will be fun too! I want your child to love learning and to believe in themselves!

Kindergarten is my FAVORITE!!

I have been married to my wonderful husband Kenny for 25 years! I went to school at Texas A&M University (Whoop!) and got a degree in Psychology, and then continued with graduate school in Educational Psychology, specializing in Early Childhood/Special Education. My husband went to Texas Tech to play basketball, and then back to grad school at A&M, where we met. We have lived in New Braunfels, Dallas, and Scurry, and moved to Canton 5 years ago. We love it here! We have three amazing children and love any family activities together, especially outdoor fun!

Kyler graduated from Canton HS in 2018, and he is studying Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University.

Kavin graduated from Canton HS in 2021, and he is studying Electrical Engineering at Blinn College and Texas A&M.

Katy Jo is 15 and will be a sophomore at CHS this year - she loves all things creative and artistic!

Our "other kids" include 2 English Bulldogs, a pug, and a Brittany. We love our fur babies!
